Menopause Education

Very few of us understand our hormones and how these change during our menopausal years. Simple lifestyle interventions can be used to decrease symptoms and feel more in control.

Learn how to empower yourself with the knowledge which will enable you to better understand the changes you are experiencing.

We will explore the changes required in Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management and more, enabling you to identify which areas you may benefit from changing.
