Getting Started

Thank for your interest in EIRO Classes. Some key information is provided

below to get you started.

Exercise Readiness Questionnaire

Please ensure that you have completed this form prior to attending your first session.

What to bring?

​Pilates

  • Mat

  • Hand Towel / Pilates head cushion

  • Socks

  • Drinking water

​Strength Training

  • Mat

  • Hand Towel

  • Dumbells (starting from 2-4kg)

  • Training gloves (optional)

  • Drinking water

Pricing

Classes

  • Single  Session - £6 ( plus 36p booking fee )

Payments

When booking classes, payments are taken via an App called SPOND.

1. Install the SPOND App on your mobile phone. Available in your App Store.

​

​

​

2. You will receive an invite notification or email to join the group - 'Fitness for Menopause'

​

3. Classes are available to book and pay in the SPOND app.

​

Cancellation Policy
- You are required to give 24 hours notice period to cancel any bookings. No refunds will be given.
- You can request an alternative class date/time where 24 hour notice has been given.
