6 Week Education

Very few of us understand what happens prior to during and after menopause; and how lifestyle interventions can be used to decrease symptoms and feel more in control of the hormonal chaos.


Six topics will be covered, one each session, over the six week course duration.

The aim of the course is to empower you with the knowledge which will enable you to better understand the changes you are experiencing.
